    • Review Coaching Focus, Start Point, and End Point

    • Assess effectiveness of selected Action Plan

    • Identify any course corrections to make

    • Update selected Action Plan

  • This package of extended Leadership Coaching support is for projects requiring close synchronization of efforts for goal attainment. Project examples include high visibility presentations, competitions, training events, and execution of advancement strategies.

    This package includes:

    • Customized Action Plan development

    • 2 x 60 minute Coaching Calls a month

    • Post Coaching Call strategy notes for accountability and direction

    • Customized 60 min session on effective communication

  • Intentionally Me also provides mastery in effective communication. Whether written or verbal, Intentionally Me provides supplementary services, including:

    • Public Speaking training

Laser-Focused Coaching

 

  • 60 minute session focused on completion of client determined Personal Leadership “To Do” action that can be completed in less than 60 minutes.

    Sample actions this session is particularly good for include goal-setting, preparation for a difficult conversation, and brainstorming.
